The Lincoln is everything you could want in a venue offering a very smart lounge area, restaurant, private dining room and a disco. At the Lincoln you can relax, enjoy an intimate dinner or dance the night away in stunning surroundings. Here you can enjoy Richard Duff’s award winning Classic European menu for dinner or as a late night outing. The Lincoln is the perfect place to not only enjoy a superb meal but to try their award winning cocktails on the main deck or dance the night away in the disco

FRONT DECK
Start at the Front Deck and have welcome cocktails and canapés with your guests before you proceed to the restaurant or The Krug private dining room. The Front Deck of The Lincoln is a very stylish bar area which has been designed in the style of a 1930s oceanliner. It has a summery, casual ambience and is suitable for groups of up to fifteen in the small booths, up to 25 in the large booths and a maximum of 50 for the entire deck. It is suited to groups wanting informal drinks and canapé style functions. Table service is available.

KRUG ROOM PRIVATE ROOM
Looking for the WOW factor! This is one of the most stunning private dining rooms in Sydney. Here you can impress your friends or colleagues and enjoy a specially prepared 5,7 or 9 course degustation menu, prepared by Richard Duff, the Lincoln’s Head Chef with premium produce sourced from Australia and abroad, providing the perfect accompaniment to their selection of Krug and vintage wines. Should your indulgence extend to cocktails, there is a private bar available for you to personally chat and order exclusive premium cocktails from one of the senior bartenders.

DISCO
Finish off with a dance at The Disco in the basement of the Lincoln is the destination for DJ's s and live music. It is possible to have an open bar with your own private DJ or to transform it into a venue for live music. This is suited to large informal groups.

PROFILED BY DE GROOTS MEDIA
In the open bar/lounge area of the Lincoln you can sip exotic cocktails whilst relaxing on comfy sofas under soft lights whilst looking through the large open windows opening on to leafy Bayswater Road. On the upper level is the dining area, with the exclusive Krug Room hidden somewhere on the premises like an urban myth. The a la carte menu is contemporary European and at times needs an English translator, as with the rabbit and prune croustade with boudin noir and calvados jus. The tasting menu veers towards modern Australian with items like aromatic duck and coriander tortellini, shitake mushroom salad and ponzu dressing. For dessert the poached peach with earl grey pannacotta is sweet enough to take the bitterness out of even my mouth.
