Taking place on Tuesday, March 16 and Wednesday, March 17, 2010, Yarra Valley Cuisine will incorporate personalised cooking classes at Stones of the Yarra Valley, dinner at the award-winning Healesville Hotel on the Tuesday night, guided tours by regional food producers, bus transfers and two nights accommodation at Yering Gorge Cottages. The event will then culminate with a remarkable food and wine banquet at Stones of the Yarra Valley on the Wednesday night.
