This dinner will unite the talent of celebrity Chef, Giovanni Pilu; Australia's renowned wine writer, Huon Hooke; and winemaker of the NSW Wine of the Year, PJ Charteris, to showcase and explore the 'best of the best' of NSW Wine. 2008 Lerida Estate Botrytis Pinot Gris is also featured.
